To receive an ACH payment into your Relay account, you will need to provide your specific account information to the sender. This article provides instructions on how to find this information.

Please note: for payments to be successfully processed, they must be made to the business name, the name(s) of the beneficial owner(s), or any Doing Business As (DBA) name on your account, if the DBA documents have been provided.

How to receive an ACH

  1. Sign in to your Relay account.
  2. Navigate to the Accounts tab.
  3. Select the account into which you would like your money deposited.
  4. Click Details.
  5. Find the account and routing number under About. Click the eye icon to view the full account number.
  6. Copy the number by clicking the double square icon.
  7. Provide these account details to the sender.

Please note: if the sender requires your bank name and address, these details can be found by clicking Domestic Wires under Receive Money.

Limits, processing time, and fees

All accounts have limits on how much you send by ACH per day and month. For more information on how to view your account limits, please see Viewing your account limits.

Relay does not charge any fees for sending or receiving ACH payments.
