How does the program work?
Invited customers are provided with a referral link that they can share with their peers. Any registration that comes through the referral link will count as a valid referral.
How do I get into the program?
The Refer-a-Friend Pilot is currently by invitation only. Invited customers are randomly selected, and are provided their invitation, referral link, and instructions by email.
We expect the Refer-a-Friend program to be made available to all Relay customers by Q3 2023.
How/When do I get credit for my referral?
To qualify for the referral bonus, both the referring and referred customers must have their Relay accounts funded with at least $100 USD.
Once both accounts are funded with at least $100 USD, both customers can expect the bonus payment to appear in their Relay account within 10 business days. Please refer to the full Terms & Conditions for more information.
How do I look at the status of my referrals?
If you want to track the status of your referrals, you can inquire with our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- If you referred someone to Relay, please provide your referral link and the email address of the customer you referred.
- If you’ve been referred by an existing Relay customer, please provide the referral link you used to register.
