At Relay, your account security is our top priority. As part of our commitment to keeping your money safe, our card provider, Visa, will send you a notification if they suspect that a transaction may be unauthorized.

How will Visa contact me?

If Visa flags a transaction as suspected fraud, you should receive an email to the email address you use to log in to your Relay account, as well as an SMS to the personal mobile phone number you have on file.

We kindly ask that you respond to these fraud alerts at your earliest convenience, as future card transactions will not be processed until a response is received. You have 24 hours to respond to Visa fraud alerts until Visa auto-declines the transaction.

I didn't get an alert. What do I do?

If you are not receiving these fraud alerts to the correct email address and/or phone number, we kindly ask that you please reach out to Visa at 1-(833) 852-1519. Please have your card number handy, and be prepared to answer a few routine security questions to verify your identity with Visa's team.

How do I know the fraud alerts I'm receiving are legitimate?
