If your business uses a Doing-Business-As (DBA) name, you’ll need to have that DBA added to your Relay account before Relay can accept payments made out to that name.
Relay can only accept payments into your account when the payment is made out to your business’s legal name, the name of a business owner on file, or a DBA that has been added to your Relay account.
If you don’t have your DBA on file with Relay, follow the steps in this article to request that it be added to your account.
To add a DBA to your account, contact our Customer Experience team and provide documentation that verifies your DBA name.
Important: Payments made out to your DBA name, including check deposits, may be returned if the DBA has not been added to your Relay account.
