How to manage your notification preferences
Once logged into Relay on your desktop/mobile browser, navigate over to your Settings.
For advisors, you can find the Settings tab on the toolbar at the top of the screen, as highlighted below.
- For business owners and team members, you can find the Settings tab on the left-hand side of your screen, as highlighted below.
Select the Notifications tab on the sidebar.
You can now customize your notification preferences by checking or unchecking the boxes. In Relay, you will be able to manage your preferences on Organization updates, Incoming transfers and deposits, Payments and outgoing transfers, and Transaction returns and cancellations.
Once you're done, click Save.
Things to know
- Notification preferences can only be managed through a web browser on your desktop. This feature is currently not supported on the Relay mobile app.
- If you have multiple businesses, following the above instructions will change your notification settings across all of your Relay accounts.
