You cannot change the ownership of a card after it has been created, so to clarify the difference between individual and business cards, please keep reading!

Individual Cards
A card can be assigned to a specific individual. Managers will have access to this card only if it is assigned to the checking account they are responsible for. Administrators will have access to any individual card.
When designating an individual as a cardholder, it is essential to issue an individual card specifically assigned to that person for them to gain access to the card and its transaction history. Additionally, in order for a cardholder to activate the card, they must also be listed as an assignee on that particular card. Otherwise, activation must be done by someone with a higher permission level. For more information on team member permissions, please click here!
Company Cards
Cardholders can only see the transactions attached to the card assigned to them, and will not be able to see the company cards that are assigned to the business. Individuals with higher permission levels will have access to company cards.
