Once you've successfully upgraded to Relay 2.0 and your Relay 1.0 checking account(s) have been closed, you will still have access to all of your historical transaction data and statements from your closed 1.0 account(s).

How to View Closed Relay 1.0 Accounts
1. Once logged into Relay on your desktop, navigate over to the Accounts tab.
2. By using the new dropdown menu on the right-hand side of your screen, you will be able to see both your active and closed accounts.
3. Click on the dropdown and check off both the "Active Accounts" and "Closed Accounts" boxes, as shown below. This will display all of your closed 1.0 accounts in your Accounts dashboard, as well as your active 2.0 accounts.
4. To avoid any confusion, all of your accounts will be labelled as 1.0 or 2.0 accounts accordingly.
How to View Closed 1.0 Account Transactions
Once you've followed the steps outlined above to view your closed 1.0 accounts, you can simply click into the 1.0 accounts to view historical transactions. For more information on this, please see Viewing Transactions.
How to Download Closed 1.0 Account Statements
Once you're clicked into a closed 1.0 checking account, you can follow the instructions outlined in this article to download statements as you normally would!
