An MT103 is a document that is generated once an international wire is successfully sent to a payee from Relay. This document acts as proof that the wire was sent and will include the necessary information required to track the wire on the receiving end. This article will walk you through how to find and download an MT103 on Relay.

If you've sent an international wire from Relay and the payee/beneficiary is reporting that they haven't received it, we recommend downloading the MT103 from your account and providing it to the beneficiary; with this, they will be able to trace the payment with their bank.

Please note: MT103s can only be accessed when logged into Relay on your desktop. This feature is not currently supported on the Relay mobile app.

How to find and download an MT103

  1. Sign in to your Relay account on your desktop.
  2. Navigate to the Accounts tab
  3. Click on the checking account you sent your international wire from.
  4. Click on the international wire transaction you need the MT103 for, listed under Transactions > Posted Transactions.
  5. A new menu will pop up on the right-hand side of your screen with the transaction details. Scroll down to the bottom of the pop-up menu, where you will see the option to download the MT103.
  6. If there is no MT103 available yet, please check back in a couple of days.

Why can't I download my MT103 form?

Once the transaction is sent from our wire partner, the MT103 will become available. This is not instant; as soon as this information is available, you will be able to download this following the above steps.

If it's been more than 2-3 business days since the wire was created and there's still no MT103 available, please reach out to our Customer Experience team for further assistance.
