If you've previously connected your external bank account to Relay to fund your Relay account, but no longer wish to have the account connected, you can remove a bank account from your profile by following the steps below.
How to remove an external account.
Pending transactions and removing external accounts.
If you have any pending transactions that are being facilitated by the account connection between Relay and your external account, these transactions may be returned if the external account is removed before the transactions settle. We recommend waiting for any transaction(s) to settle before removing your external account from Relay.
Reconnecting an external account
Once an external account has been disconnected from Relay, you can still re-connect the account again in the future, if desired; instructions on how to do this can be found in the following article: Add a bank account.
