Unfortunately, Relay does not currently have the ability to block individual merchants from completing card payments on Relay debit cards, but this is something our Product team is actively working on!
If a merchant has your card information and is charging you without your authorization, we recommend freezing and terminating your card in order to put an immediate stop to any further charges. From there, you may consider creating a new debit card entirely, which will only take a moment.
A merchant charged my Relay debit card without my authorization. What do I do?
