Who is eligible to sign up for Relay’s Partner Program?
To be eligible for the Partner Program, you must be an Accounting, Bookkeeping or Advisory firm, have a Relay business banking account, and have a firm portal set up in Relay. Once you refer your first client you will be eligible to start earning rewards!
How can I sign up for the Partner Program?
All eligible accounting and bookkeeping firms already on Relay will automatically be enrolled in the new Partner Program.

I’m already an accounting or bookkeeping firm on Relay. Do I have to do anything else to sign up for the new program?
You don’t need to take any additional steps!. However, we recommend booking some time with your Account Manager to go over the new Partner Program!
How do I get in touch with my account manager?
If you have received a demo of Relay from one of our account managers, we recommend looking back at who you met with.
If you have not been in touch with anyone at Relay or simply don’t remember who your account manager is, feel free to reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org who can look into this for you.
How is the Partner Program different from the Affiliate program and can I qualify for both?
The Partner Program is for accountants, bookkeepers, and advisors who want to refer clients to Relay.
The affiliate program is for small business experts, influencers, content creators, formation companies and publishers who have a small business community online (think website, courses, podcasts, social communities, etc) that are not clients. Firms can qualify for both programs.
Can I be a part of the Partner Program but not be a Relay customer?
No, but you can apply for the affiliate program if you have a small business community online that you would like to promote.
How do I arrange for white-glove onboarding for my clients?
After your first demo of Relay, your Account Manager will follow up with a secondary meeting to discuss the white-glove onboarding process. If it’s been a while since you’ve connected with your Account Manager, reach out to email@example.com and they can put you in touch with your rep.
Do you have any resources or support in helping my clients understand the value of Relay?
Yes, we do! One of the easiest ways for your clients to learn about Relay is to sign up for our bi-weekly demo webinar, where they’ll get an overview of the whole platform.
