Updating your business name on Relay

In order to update the business name we have on file for you, we will need proof of your business name change from your business's Secretary of State.

Once you have this document, please forward it to our Customer Experience team, ensuring that you've specified your new business name as well as the current business name we have on file for you. Once received, we can proceed with making these changes to your Relay account!

My official business name hasn't changed, but I want to add a DBA to my account. Can I do this?

If your official business name hasn't changed, but you want to add a Doing Business As (DBA) name to your account, you can do so by following this guide.
