As your business needs change, you can update the vendor and category controls you have set for your Relay Visa debit card(s). You can also add new controls to existing cards.
What are vendor and category controls?
Vendor and category controls are a set of spending restrictions that you can use to control where your team can spend.
With Relay, you can choose to block or allow specific vendors or categories. For example, if you have team members who frequently drive for work, you can issue them a gas card and set a category control so their card can only be used at gas stations.
When you create a new credit or debit card you will be prompted to set spending controls. If you need to change them after creating the card, please see the instructions below.

- Sign in to your Relay account.
- Navigate to the Cards tab.

Can I have multiple vendor/category controls on one card?
While you can block or allow multiple vendors or categories, you cannot create a card with a vendor restriction and a category restriction.
