1. Offer Eligibility
This offer is available by invitation only to select Relay Visa® Debit Card cardholders who meet the required spending minimums between December 16, 2024 and January 10, 2025.
The offer is limited to one per business entity. Multiple accounts for the same business are not eligible for additional bonuses.
2. Spend Requirement
To qualify for the $500 USD cash reward, the business must spend a minimum of $5,000 USD in eligible purchases on a Relay Visa® Debit Card between December 16, 2024 and January 10, 2025.
Eligible purchases include net purchases (purchases minus returns and credits) but exclude balance transfers, cash withdrawals, cash-like charges such as travelers checks, foreign currency, and money orders, any checks that access your account, interest charges, unauthorized/fraudulent charges, and fees of any kind, including an annual fee, if applicable.
3. Statement Credit Fulfillment
Once the $5,000 spend requirement is met, the $500 cash reward will be deposited into one of the business entity’s checking accounts within 30 days.
Your account must remain open, active, and in good standing to receive the cash reward. If your account is closed for any reason before the cash reward is applied, you forfeit this offer.
4. Limitations and Exclusions
This offer is non-transferable and cannot be combined with other offers. The offer is subject to change or cancellation at any time without prior notice.
The cash reward will not be applied if there are any returned or refunded transactions that reduce the qualifying spend amount below $5,000.
5. Additional Terms
Relay Financial Technologies (Relay) reserves the right to modify or terminate this offer at any time without notice.
All decisions regarding the fulfillment of the cash reward, including whether the spend requirement has been met, are at the sole discretion of Relay.
If there is any conflict between these terms and the summary disclosure provided in the offer communication, these terms will govern.
