With physical Relay debit cards, you can use any ATM in the world to withdraw cash without getting charged by Relay. However, the owners of those ATMs will likely charge a fee unless you are using an Allpoint ATM.
Allpoint ATMs are surcharge-free. If you would like to learn more about these ATMs and their locations, please visit Allpoint's website.
Limits and fees
A daily and monthly ATM withdrawal limit must be set on your debit card in order to transact at an ATM. For instructions on this, please see Editing your Relay card.
Please note: Allpoint ATMs have a $400 withdrawal limit, per transaction, at all locations.
The fees charged by the ATM, combined with the amount withdrawn, may cause a transaction to be over the ATM withdrawal limit set for the card. Relay bases the withdrawal amount from the final transaction amount.
For example: if the withdrawal limit for the card is $200 and the amount withdrawn is $200, but the ATM charges a $3 fee, this would make the final transaction $203 and therefore over the daily withdrawal limit. This will decline the withdrawal from the ATM.
Can I deposit cash with my Relay debit card?
