This article will walk through how to navigate your transactions on Relay.

Finding the transactions page

  1. Sign in to your Relay account on your desktop or the Relay mobile app.
  2. Navigate to the Accounts tab.
  3. Select the checking/savings account you would like to view transactions for. 
  4. You will then be redirected to that account’s Transactions page.

To view transactions across all checking and savings accounts, simply navigate to your Home page.

Transaction details

If you click on a specific transaction, you will see its details appear on the right-hand side of your screen. If you're using the Relay mobile app, the transaction details will appear in a pop-up modal.

These details include the transaction amount and status, the date the transaction was initiated, the name of the team member who initiated the payment, the source checking account, the payee's information, and more.

With card payments, the details displayed will include the name of the merchant paid, their merchant category, and the merchant's address, among other details.

Using the Search bar, you can also look for transactions by payment type, merchant, card name, or initiator.
