You can view your Relay debit card details from the Cards page of your Relay account. Read on for more details!
How to view your card information
- Sign in to your Relay account.
- Navigate to the Cards tab.
- Select the card you would like to view details for.
- Click the eye icon next to Show details.
- Your full card number, CVV and expiry date will appear.
- Click the eye icon again to return to private mode.
- Sign in to the Relay app on your mobile device.
- Navigate to the Cards tab.
- Select the card you would like to view details for.
- Click the eye icon next to Show details.
- Your full card number, CVV and expiry date will appear.

Who can view card details?
Team members with Administrator permissions and advisors with Administrator or Read-Only permissions can view details for all cards. Team members with Manager or Cardholder permissions can view details for the cards they have been assigned to.
Can I view the details for my physical card before I activate it?
No, you must activate a physical card before you can view the card details.
Can I view details for frozen or terminated cards?
You can view details for frozen cards by following the steps above. If you need to confirm the details for a terminated card, please contact our Customer Experience team.
Save your Relay card for faster online checkout
You can save your Relay card in a trusted password manager or browser autofill tool to make online checkout faster. This can be useful for both physical and virtual Relay cards.
To save your card, go to Cards in Relay and view the card number, CVV, and expiry date for the card you want to use. Then follow the instructions from your password manager or browser to add a new payment method.
Please note: physical cards must be activated before you can view their card details in Relay.
