Note: Please ensure that the country from which you are receiving a wire is on our list of eligible countries.
With your Relay account, you can accept international wire transfers using the SWIFT network. These are processed by an intermediary before being deposited into your Relay account.
To receive an incoming international wire transfer to your Relay account, please provide the following information to the individual or business that is sending the wire:
In the note/memo of the wire, "FBO" (For the Benefit Of) must be included. This indicates that the money will be transferred directly to the account stated below. Underneath, add the business name as registered in Relay, then the account and routing number of the account you would like to add funds to. The numbers can be found in the Accounts tab on Relay. To read about where to find your account and routing numbers, please click here for our support article.
Things to know
- Your Relay checking accounts do not have an IBAN assigned. As an intermediary bank transfers the funds to our banking partner Evolve, Evolve would be able to identify the correct account for transfer using your regular account and routing number.
- You will not be charged to receive wires with Relay.
