If you use Hubdoc or Receipt Bank (now Dext) to collect and store financial documents, you can seamlessly export account statements from Relay directly to your document storage solution. Once you set up your Hubdoc integration, your statements will automatically be pulled into your Hubdoc account on a monthly basis.
Please note: the ability to set up third party integrations is only available on Relay via desktop at this time, as this feature is not currently supported on the Relay mobile app.
How to connect to Hubdoc or Receipt Bank
- Sign in to your Relay account.
- Navigate to the Settings tab, then click Integrations.
- Click Connect to the right of the Hubdoc or Receipt Bank logos.

Select the starting date for the statements you want to export, then enter your unique email address address that is used to upload documents manually.
- Hubdoc and Receipt Bank offer users a unique email address for each account that can be used to upload documents. This is the email address you'll be entering at this stage.
- Scroll down and select the file type (PDF, CSV, OFX) you want the statements exported as, as well as the Relay checking account(s) you want the statements exported from.
- You have now completed the integration setup. Sign in to Hubdoc or Receipt Bank to find your Relay bank statements. Statements will automatically be pulled into your Hubdoc or Receipt Bank account on a monthly basis.
