This article will walk through how to edit team member and advisor permission levels.
Please note: only team members with Administrator permissions or advisors with Super Administrator permissions can edit other team members' or advisors' permissions.
How to edit team member permissions (Web)
- Sign in to your Relay account.
- Navigate to the Team tab.
- Select Team in the top-left corner of your screen to adjust a team member's permission level or Advisors to update your accountant or bookkeeper's permission level.
- Choose the team member whose permission level you want to edit, then click the green Edit button in the top-right corner of your screen.
- Select the team member's new permission level.
- If applicable, select the checking/savings account(s) that you would like this user to be able to access.
- Click Save.
How to edit team member permissions (Relay Mobile App)
- Open the Relay app on your mobile device.
- Navigate to the Settings tab.
- Select the Team tab.
- Select Team at the top of your screen to adjust a team member's permission level or Advisors to update your accountant or bookkeeper's permission level.
- Tap User information.
- Use the Role drop-down to update their permission level.
- Tap Save.
