Editing permission levels

This article will walk through how to edit team member and advisor permission levels.

Please note: only team members with Administrator permissions or advisors with Super Administrator permissions can edit other team members' or advisors' permissions.

How to edit team member permissions

  1. Sign in to your Relay account.
  2. Navigate to the Team tab.
  3. Select Team in the top-left corner of your screen to adjust a team member's permission level or Advisors to update your accountant or bookkeeper's permission level.
  4. Choose the team member whose permission level you want to edit, then click the green Edit button in the top-right corner of your screen.
  5. Select the team member's new permission level.
  6. If applicable, select the checking/savings account(s) that you would like this user to be able to access.
  7. Click Save.
