Relay users can download a bank verification letter from within their account. A bank verification letter can be used in place of void checks or direct deposit forms to verify their account information for external parties.

How to download a bank verification letter
1. Navigate to the Accounts tab.
2. Select the checking account for which you want a bank verification letter.
3. Select the Three Vertical Dots beside the Add Money button.
4. Select Request Bank Verification Letter from the dropdown menu.
5. After following the previous step, a bank verification letter, in PDF format, will be saved to your downloads folder.

Why can’t I download a bank verification letter? It’s likely that your user permission doesn’t allow you to download the bank letter. Only users with Super administrator or Administrator level permission are permitted to download bank verification letters.
