Opening an account for another business using an existing login

This article walks through the process of registering an additional Relay business account using your current account credentials. This will allow you to access each business account with the same login information.

 

If you want to use different login details for each of your businesses, you can do so by registering for a brand-new account here.

 

Please note: there is no limit on how many business accounts you can open with Relay, provided that each business has its own unique Employer Identification Number (EIN).

 

Registering an additional business will require access to Relay via desktop, as this feature is not currently supported on the Relay mobile app.

 

How to register an additional business on Relay

  1. Sign in to your Relay account.
  2. Navigate to the Settings tab.
  3. Click Add business.
  4. Select Submit new application.
  5. You will then be prompted to provide information for your additional business to complete registration.

After submitting your application

Once all of the necessary documents and information are uploaded, it can take approximately 1-2 business days for your application to be reviewed. You will receive an email from Relay once your account has been approved!

Will my businesses remain separate?

Yes! Even if each of your businesses are accessible under one login, they will still be completely separate business accounts, with their own unique account numbers, transaction feeds, and cards.

Prohibited industries

Before submitting a new application for your additional business, please ensure that your business does not fall on our list of prohibited industries.
