For security purposes, documents sent by Relay’s Support or Compliance teams are shared securely through Zendesk. To protect sensitive information, you’ll need to log in before you can view any attachments.
How to View Your Secure Document

Click on the attached image or document
When you click the attachment, you’ll be redirected to a Zendesk login page. -
Log in with your Relay account email and password
Use the same email address associated with your Relay account. -
Reset your password if your credentials aren’t accepted
If the login does not accept your credentials, click “Reset the Password”.- This will not change your Relay account password.
- This only applies to your Zendesk login.

Log out after resetting your password
Once you’ve reset your password, click the link to log out: Log out of Zendesk -
Select the attachment again
Return to the original email and click the attachment once more. -
Log in with your email and new password
After logging in, you should be able to access your file securely.

Why do I need a Zendesk login to view attachments?

Will resetting my password change my Relay account password?
No. Resetting your Zendesk password does not change your Relay account password. These systems are separate.
Which email address should I use to log in?
You must use the same email address that you received the message from Relay, and that is associated with your Relay account.
