To add funds to your Relay account from an external U.S. bank account1, you will need to link your external bank account to Relay. Relay uses Finicity to securely link your external accounts in just a few easy steps.
If you do not see your institution when attempting to link your bank account, it may not be supported by Finicity. Instead, consider funding your account using a different method (such as sending yourself an ACH or wire from your external account, depositing a check, or depositing cash).
How to connect an external bank account
- Sign in to your Relay account.
- Navigate to the Accounts tab, and select External accounts from the drop-down menu.
- Click + Connect external bank account.
