Keeping track of your session activity is a key part of protecting your Relay account. By regularly checking your session activity, you can quickly identify and respond to any suspicious activity. Please note that your session activity can only be viewed on the desktop version of Relay.
Important: if you notice suspicious activity on your Relay account, please reset your password and report it to our Customer Experience team as soon as possible.
How to view your session activity
- Sign in to your Relay account on your desktop.
- Navigate to the Settings tab.
- Click Session activity.
- This will present you with a list of login sessions for your account in the last 30 days. The Session History table will show you the devices used to log in, alongside the location (and IP address) and time of each login.
