You can activate your physical Relay Visa® Credit Card by navigating to relayfi.com/activate, calling Visa at 1-(833) 852-1519, or by following the instructions below.
Important: The Relay Visa® Credit Card is available by invitation only to select customers. For more information on eligibility, please see An Overview of the Relay Visa® Credit Card.
How to activate your card (Web)
- Sign in to your Relay account.
- Navigate to the Cards tab.
- Select the card you would like to activate.
- Click Activate.
- Enter your card CVV and expiry date.
- Click Activate card.
- Enter and confirm your card PIN.
- Click Set PIN.
How to activate your card (Relay Mobile App)
- Sign in to the Relay app on your mobile device.
- Navigate to the Cards tab.
- Select the card you would like to activate.
- Tap Activate card.
- Enter your card CVV and expiry date.
- Click Activate Card.
- Enter and confirm your card PIN.
- Click Set PIN.
Your card will be ready for use immediately upon activation.
Can I activate my physical card before it arrives in the mail?
Physical cards cannot be activated before they arrive in the mail because you will need to enter the unique CVV and expiry date printed on the card.
