Who can edit card transaction limits?

Transaction limits can be edited by team members with Administrator permissions, or by Managers who have been assigned to the card.

What are the maximum limits I can set on my card?

To view your maximum card limits, please navigate to Manage Accounts > Transaction Limits on your desktop. If you're on the Relay mobile app, head to Accounts > select a specific checking account > tap the three vertical dots at the top-right corner of your screen > tap View transaction limits

The maximum limit applied to your Relay Visa® Credit Card may be automatically adjusted the more you use your card; however, this occurs on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed. There is no way to formally submit a request to have this limit increased at this time.

Please note: only a team member with Administrator permissions can view the Transaction Limits page.

What if my card was compromised?

If your card has been compromised, please see What to do if your Relay Visa® Credit Card has been lost or stolen for guidance on the best next steps.
