Freezing and terminating a card
The first thing you should do if you suspect your Relay Visa® Credit Card has been lost or stolen is freeze your card. Freezing your card will prevent any unauthorized charges from being processed. To freeze your card, please see Freezing or Terminating a Relay Visa® Credit Card.
Disputing unauthorized transactions
Unauthorized or fraudulent charges can be disputed from your Relay dashboard. To dispute a transaction, simply click on the transaction in your bank feed and click Dispute.
