Relay accounts cannot hold non-USD currencies at this time. As such, all funds held in your Relay account will be in USD.

Can I still receive non-USD payments from international vendors?

Yes! Although the funds held in your Relay account will always be in USD, you can still receive non-USD payments from international vendors, clients, and other payers. When these payments are received, they will be converted to USD by our wire partners before being deposited into your Relay account.

How does the currency exchange work?

You don't have to lift a finger when receiving payments in non-USD currencies - we'll take care of it for you! Relay will apply a competitive exchange rate fee based on the foreign exchange market when converting your funds to USD.

Can I receive ACH payments in non-USD currencies?

No, only international wires can be sent/received in non-USD currencies.

Please note: Converting payments into a non-USD currency is only available Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 6 PM EST. You can still send international wires in USD outside of this timeframe.
