How to upgrade to Scale
- Sign in to your Relay account on your desktop.
- Navigate to the Settings tab.
- Click Plans and Billing
- Under the Scale panel, click on Subscribe to Scale
- Scroll down, then select the Relay checking account you want to use as your payment account for your monthly subscription. This account must have a minimum balance of $90 to be selected.
- Click Checkout.

What are the differences between the Grow plan and Scale plan?

Can I switch back to a free account if I cancel?
Yes, canceling your subscription will revert your account to our Starter plan at the end of your billing cycle.
What happens if my payment fails?
If your payment fails, we will notify you and provide you a grace period of 48 hours before reverting your account back to the Starter Plan. You will also lose all the benefits of the Grow plan.
Will my benefits change if I stay on my current plan?
Yes! You can upgrade or cancel your plan at any time through your account settings. To do so, go to Settings and click on Plans and Billing.
