Resetting your password

If you can’t remember your password, not to worry! You can easily reset it and get back into your Relay account securely.

How to reset your password

  1. Go to https://app.relayfi.com/login or open the Relay mobile app.
  2. Click Forgot Password? (or click here).
  3. Enter the email address you use to log in to Relay.
  4. Click Reset.

You’ll receive an email with a secure link to reset your password. For your security, password resets require two-factor authentication (2FA). After clicking the reset link, you’ll be asked to confirm your identity using your registered 2FA method (SMS or authenticator app) before creating a new password.


Tips for creating a strong password

  • Use at least 12 characters.
  • Include upper and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
  • Avoid using easily guessed information like birthdays or business names.
  • Consider using a password manager to generate and store secure passwords.

I didn’t receive the password reset email. What should I do?

Check your spam or junk folder. If you still don’t see it, make sure you entered the correct email address linked to your Relay account. You can also request another reset link.

What if I no longer have access to my 2FA device?

If you can’t access your 2FA method, reach out to our support team for assistance. For your security, we’ll need to verify your identity before helping you regain access.

Can I reset my password on mobile?

Yes, you can reset your password directly from the Relay mobile app. The process is the same as on desktop.
