This article will walk through how to edit your Relay debit card details. When making changes to your debit card, please wait at least 10 minutes after updating your card before initiating a transaction to ensure the changes have been processed in our system.
You can edit your card's nickname, spending limits, and PIN at any time within your Relay account. You can also freeze or terminate your card with ease if you've lost or misplaced your card. Read on to learn more.
How to edit your card nickname
- Sign in to your Relay account.
- Navigate to the Cards tab.
- Select the card you would like to edit.
- Click Edit beside the card's nickname.
- Enter your preferred nickname, then click Save.
- Sign in to the Relay app on your mobile device.
- Navigate to the Cards tab.
- Select the card you would like to edit.
- Scroll down until you locate the card nickname, then hit Edit.
- Enter your preferred nickname, then tap Save.
How to edit your card spending limit
- Sign in to your Relay account.
- Navigate to the Cards tab.
- Select the card you would like to edit.
- Click Edit beside Spending limits.
- Update the daily and monthly spending and/or ATM limits for your card, then click Save.
- Sign in to the Relay app on your mobile device.
- Navigate to the Cards tab.
- Select the card you would like to edit.
- Tap Spending limits.
- Select which spending limit you wish to edit (e.g., Daily transaction limit, Daily ATM withdrawal limit), then enter your preferred limit and hit Set limit.

Setting and changing your PIN
