This article will walk through how to edit the email address you use to sign in to your Relay account.
Please note: email addresses can only be updated on Relay via desktop at this time, as this feature is not currently supported on the Relay mobile app.
How to edit your email address
- Sign in to your Relay account on your desktop.
- Navigate to the Settings tab.
- Click Profile, if this is not already selected.
- Scroll down until you locate the Work email field, then click Change email.
- Enter your preferred email address, then click Send verification.
- You will then receive an email from Relay prompting you to verify your new email address. Once you've received this email, click Verify your email address. Your email will not be updated in Relay until you've verified it.
- Once your email is verified, you will receive a confirmation email. You can now log into your Relay account using your updated email address!
How long will I have to verify my new email address before the link expires?
The email verification link will not expire. However, it is important to note that if you do not verify your new email address, you will not be able to use that email to log in to your Relay account. All communications from Relay will also continue to go to your old email.
