Upgrading Relay's Subscription Plan for Accountants and Bookkeepers

This article is intended for accountants and bookkeepers with firm accounts on Relay and will walk through how to upgrade your own firm's business account to Grow or Scale.

Please note: you cannot currently upgrade your plan on the Relay mobile app. To upgrade, please sign in to Relay on your desktop.

How advisors can upgrade their business account

  1. Sign in to your Relay account on your desktop.
  2. Navigate to the Settings tab.
  3. Click Billing and Plans, then select Change Plan.
  4. Scroll down, then click Upgrade next to Grow or Scale
  5. Scroll down, then click Checkout.

How much does Grow or Scale cost for accountants and bookkeepers?

For accountants and bookkeepers, the Grow plan is free for your firm's business account. Upgrading your plan to Scale will cost $90 a month. For more information, view an Overview of the Scale Plan.

How much does Grow or Scale cost for my clients if I sign them up?

Subscription pricing for your clients will be dependent on your firm's partner status. More information on Relay's Partner Program can be found here!

Can my clients get a free trial? 

Accountants and bookkeepers will not receive free trials of Grow or Scale for their clients. If your client wishes to take advantage of our 14-day free trial, they will need to upgrade to Grow or Scale within their own account by following the steps outlined here.
