To receive a domestic wire payment into your Relay account, you will need to provide your specific account information to the sender. This article provides instructions on how to find this information.
Please note: for payments to be successfully processed, they must be made to the business name, the name(s) of the beneficial owner(s), or any Doing Business As (DBA) name on your account, if the DBA documents have been provided.
Finding your account details
- Sign in to your Relay account.
- Navigate to the Accounts tab.
- Select the account into which you would like your money deposited.
- Click Details.
- Select Domestic Wires under Receive Money.
- Provide the information in the drop-down to the sender of the wire.
- Sign in to the Relay app on your mobile device.
- Navigate to the Accounts tab.
- Select the account into which you would like your money deposited.
- Tap Share account info.
- Share the account information with the sender of the wire.
Limits, processing timeline, and fees

Relay does not charge a fee to receive domestic wires, although there is a $5 fee to send a domestic wire from your Relay account unless you're subscribed to Relay Pro.
