Giving your team members access to your credit account

You can control who has access to your credit account by adding and removing team members as you need. 

Important: The Relay Visa® Credit Card is available only to customers who successfully meet our eligibility check and fulfill the required criteria. For more information on eligibility, please see An Overview of the Relay Visa® Credit Card.

How to assign access to your credit account

  1. Sign in to your Relay account.
  2. Navigate to the Accounts tab.
  3. Navigate to your credit account.
  4. Click the three vertical dots in the top right corner.
  5. Click Edit account settings
  6. Select the team member(s) you would like to add to the account.
  7. Click Save.

Can I remove team members from my credit account after I’ve added them?

Yes, to remove a team member simply follow the steps above, un-select the team member (web) or account (Relay app), and click Save.

Which team members can I add to my credit account?

You can add team members or advisors with Administrator, Manager, Cardholder, and Read-only permissions.

What can my team members see or do in my credit account?

What your team members have access to is dependent on the permission level they have. For more information on what each team member can see/do, please see Team Member Permissions or Advisor Permissions in Client Accounts.
