This article explains how to remove a team member or advisor from your Relay account. Removing a user revokes their access to your Relay organization. If you want to change someone’s access instead of removing them, see Editing permission levels.
Please note: Only business owners can remove team members or advisors from an organization's Relay accounts.
How to remove team members and advisors
- Sign in to your Relay account.
- Go to the Team tab.
- Find the team member or advisor you want to remove.
- Click the three vertical dots next to their name.
- Select Remove from organization, then confirm.
- Sign in to the Relay app on your mobile device.
- Navigate to the Settings tab.
- Tap Team.
- Depending on who you're looking to remove, select Team or Advisors at the top of your screen.
- Tap on the team member or advisor you would like to remove.
- Tap the three vertical dots at the top-right corner of your screen.
- Tap Delete user.
Once the above steps are completed, this team member/advisor will no longer have access to your Relay account.
